Additional Training Resources

USPS is committed to a successful ATLAS implementation. To this end, USPS has made several training tools available to employees to assist with this significant transition period.

Each facility will receive the following training aids explaining the ATLAS implementation:

Access to Web-based training
Online Help system, which provides “just-in-time” training and instructions for completing common ATLAS tasks
USPS talking points, which will be delivered to USPS employees on a weekly basis
Posters describing the benefits of EDL/ATLAS, the label transition process, and instructions for producing on-demand labels
Pocket cards of the labels for employee quick reference

In addition to these training aids, each facility will have an EDL/ATLAS Coordinator, who is responsible for:

Answering questions about the implementation
Providing guidance in proper ATLAS procedures
Assisting employees as they use ATLAS to generate EDLs
